Working concurrently with the CDA team, R2i was tasked with the development of a dynamic portal experience where members of the dental industry could come together to collaborate and share information and knowledge. This new online destination needed to be personalized, include web 2.0 features and an intuitive portal technology platform. R2i Solution: R2i utilized a combination of Open-Source framework technology, Adobe Flex and an intuitive design to create an engaging user experience. This unique site design includes rich media elements and social networking capabilities such as the ability to comment, rate and tag all information.
CDA can now syndicate information via RSS feeds to members outside of their website. The result is an enterprise solution that unites members and brands CDA as the modern national advocate and central repository of knowledge for the dental industry.
